Amazing Thai seafood! Tried the lobster, tom yam, and a mix of seafood dishes — all super fresh and flavorful. The tom yam had the perfect spicy-sour kick, and the lobster was tender with a rich Thai-style . Great service and cozy ambiance. Highly recommended! ????????

In general the food is quite tasty. But flavours has been adjusted a little. I only found the green curry colour abit weird. The fried egg is quite good. Asam boi mango salad is quite unique.

The food here is absolutely amazing, it truly feels like dining in Hatyai! The Tom Yum is rich and flavorful, the stir-fried pucuk paku is fresh and delicious, and the crispy egg is so good light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The Pandan Chicken is the real star juicy, fragrant, and not too dry, definitely one of the best I’ve had. To end the meal, the Red Ruby dessert was so yummy and refreshing! Service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made the dining experience even better. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be bringing my family and friends here. Keep up the great work, Dii Thai!

My wife and I often drove past Dii Thai, a Thai Restaurant in Ecohill Semenyih, but we haven’t had the chance to visit the place. Until tonight, of course. We were made to understand that this food joint is Muslim-owned (a burning question for most Muslims in Malaysia would always be “halal ke?”). Once inside the place, you’ll see the Thai-influenced decor of its interior, with movie posters, flags and murals from the said country. It’s always great to have these kind of decor, I reckon; it made one feels as if he/she dined in a restaurant in Thailand instead of Semenyih. Service is good; not much chit-chat from the waitress that waited our table, and the food came within 10 minutes from the time she took our orders. My wife and I ordered lemongrass drinks, rice, eggs omelette, Thai green curry and ‘Pucuk Paku masak Belacan’, and let me tell you, the portions were huge! I reckon each of the dishes could feed a family of four hence the pricings were very fair in my book. And the best part? Despite the gigantic portions, the food were delicious! To quote one of our ‘anak angkat’ from Japan, “Sedap Giler!”. Overall, my personal rating for Dii Thai as follow: - Ambience/Environment : 8/10 (loved the interior decor and warm white lightings, though nothing to shout about regarding the tables and chairs) Service : 8/10 (straight to the point and no hassle, which is good for introverts. But I would prefer this type of services rather than those chatty but not-too-focused kind of waiters/waitresses) F&B Quality : 10/10 (all the dishes we ate tasted authentic enough as if we were in Thailand, and the portions! Huge! Besar dan banyak!) Speed : 10/10 (the food came as fast as a knockout from Rodtang) Price : 10/10 (nothing to complaint from our end. I even questioned whether the food joint owner made any profits from selling huge portions of food at the price range we paid) Total : 46/50 = 92/100 As usual, I hereby confirm that I’m not a paid reviewer. Just a guy who lives in Semenyih with his wife, and loves good F&B.

A bit skeptical at first, but the food was superb. The service was fast. The waiting time for the food to arrived at our table after ordered was not more than 5mins for the drinks to receive first then the rest of the food. Now, I don't have to go to Thailand anymore The food really reminisce us back Thailand. Please try their Signature Tomyum

My friend took me out for a Thai lunch today in Setia Eco Hills Semenyih and I would say some of the dishes here at Dii Thai is rather impressive. We ordered quite a number of items and some of the outstanding items for me includes the Tom Kha Seafood which unlike some I had even in Thailand can be a bit cloy after a while but the one here has a nice sourness to it so it balance out the richness. Their Glass Noodles Seafood Salad or Yam Woonsen is alao superb, good balance of sourness, sweet and savory from the fish sauce is also amazing. Their pandan chicken is huge and its nicely marinated and deep fried that the chicken itself is still tender and juicy. Their spicy grilled beef is also nice, soft, well marinated beef. The sambal kangkung and omelet is on point but I felt the mango on the mango fish is slightly over ripe and a bit soggy when I believe it should be crunchy. The padkrapao also lack the krapao aroma and both my comment were well received by the staff and I think they will improve on it. Parking is easy here but do remember to pay your parking.
